Agency Service Fees charged by Goldfinchs Travel Group are strictly non-refundable in cases where the customer initiates the cancellation.
Hotel cancellation deadlines vary drastically by property and season. Standard reservations typically allow cancellations up to 48 hours before check-in. However, reservations marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of booking carry an immediate 100% penalty.
Once a visa application has been submitted to the embassy, consulate, or government processing center, all associated fees, including our service fee, become entirely non-refundable regardless of whether the visa is granted, rejected, or delayed.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Do not consider a booking canceled until you have received formal written confirmation from our support team.
