1 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Goldfinchs Travel Group. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Goldfinchs Travel Group ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, connected booking systems, or B2B/B2C services.

2 Booking and Reservations

As a Destination Management Company (DMC), we facilitate bookings between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour guides). By booking a service through our platform, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the specific supplier in addition to our own.

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of processing.
• Fares and rates are not guaranteed until full payment is received and tickets/vouchers are officially issued.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if an error in pricing, availability, or technical failure occurs.

3 Pricing and Payments

We accept various forms of payment depending on the geographic market. All prices displayed on our platform are subject to real-time fluctuations based on market demand, currency variations, and supplier conditions.

In the event of a currency dispute, transactions are settled under the explicit base currency displayed on the checkout terminal. Bank and transaction fees incurred during the booking process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4 Travel Documentation and Health

It is exclusively your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel documents required for your itinerary. This includes valid passports (typically with at least 6 months validity), required visas, transit visas, and health/vaccination certificates.

5 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

6 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Goldfinchs Travel Group, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your travel or use of the site.
